The Old Courthouse Heritage Museum invites you to join us for a spectacular holiday musical performance with Greta Pope and the Marco Bojorquez Trio on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at 4 p.m.
Greta Pope is an award-winning, Internationally acclaimed Entertainer. She is one of our great voices!
Greta performs any musical genre with ease from Jazz to Opera, from R&B to Broadway. Greta Pope has performed and delighted audiences throughout Europe, The Far East, South America, and the Caribbean,as well as the United States and Canada. Ms. Pope has shared the stage with well-known performers such as Wynona Judd, Dick Van Dyke, Stanley Clark, Rich Little, Penn &Teller, Boy George, Ramsey Lewis and many others. Greta’s voice is featured in national commercials and voice-overs such as Mcdonald’s, Whirlpool, All State Insurance, Lexus, and Estee Lauder.
She earned her Master of Music at the University of Miami. Along with performing, Greta teaches voice lessons to students of all ages, educates aspiring singers and musicians on how to grow their profession in the music industry, and hosts The Business Savvy Singer Podcast.
Greta also has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. She is the author of Music, Money and You…Managing the Business and More.
Ms. Pope owns and runs Greta Pope Entertainment Inc. and is the daughter-in-law of Duke Ellington’s main vocalist, Kay Davis.
Marco Bojorquez is one of the top Central Florida jazz groups. The in-demand bassist Marco and his trio have played all around Florida.
This Sunday, December 3, 2023, they all come together to play and entertain us at The Old Courthouse Heritage Museum with Holiday music. Doors open at 3 PM, concert starts at 4 PM. Seats are $25 per person or $20 for Historical Society Members. Seat purchases include appetizers, soft drinks, and early access to the Museum and exhibit rooms. After the Concert, linger outside and enjoy the beautiful new 35-foot Inverness Christmas tree with the bright lights on our Museum grounds.
