We’ll help make Manatee mobiles your kids can hang in their rooms in celebration of National Manatee Month! For kids ages 3 and up. Parental supervision required during the crafting session.\n\nNo preregistration required for this one- just stop in at our large crafting tables in the hall downstairs inside the museum between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm to join the fun. DESCRIPTION:The Old Courthouse Heritage Museum presents a Holiday Craft Class for adults on Friday\, November 22nd at 10:30 am. Museum volunteer Mary Ford will teach folks how to create a reindeer face out of a palm frond as well as candle holders made from holiday-themed clothes pins. Spaces are limited so please preregister by calling the museum office at (352) 341-6428 between Tuesday and Saturday. A fee of $5.00 for supplies will be collected at the door on the day of the event.\n\nPlease know that streetside parking on the square on weekdays is limited to 2 hours and parking tickets are likely if you exceed that. For this reason\, we recommend attendees park in the parking lot between the Old Courthouse and the sheriff’s station or the lot just to the North of the sheriff’s station by Cooter Pond.
