Upbeat\, with an offbeat sense of humor\, Grant Livingston weaves history and the environment into his songs. He has written about South Florida pioneers Henry Flagler and Julia Tuttle\, the invasion of the Everglades by Melaleuca trees and pythons\, Halley’s Comet\, armadillos\, barnacles\, greyhounds and grey cats in graveyards. And if you ask him Grant will reveal\, in song\, of course\, the reason he always wears a hat. He will be backed by Dan Peterson on bass and Jonathan Hodge on fiddle and viola.\nCitrus County Historical Society Members receive a $5 discount on ticketed events (limit 4 discounted tickets per event).
